Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that software meets functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.

  • Code solutions, unit test, and ensure the solution integrates successfully into the overall application or system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces.

  • Provide solutions and unit tests to deliver a requirement or story according to the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.

  • Utilize multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in the design and development of client requirements.

  • Contribute to existing test suites such as integration, regression, and performance tests.

  • Analyze test reports, identify any test issues or errors, and triage the underlying cause.

  • Design and architect Natural Language Understanding (NLU) chatbots for language understanding and generation.

  • Design and develop server-side applications, APIs, and databases.

  • Integrate front-end and back-end components to create seamless user experiences.

  • Deploy applications to production environments and manage server configurations.

  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Engineering (any), or related: and

  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

  • Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Designing and developing responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, LESS/SCSS, JavaScript (ES5/ES6), jQuery, and Bootstrap with cross-browser compatibility and DOM/Event handling;

  • Building and maintaining CMS-based sites with reusable UI components, accessibility compliance, and performance optimization;

  • Implementing development workflows using GIT, Chrome DevTools, NPM, and Agile methodologies including sprints and code reviews; and,

  • Integrating basic REST APIs to transmit data in web applications and perform real-time updates and retrieve information.

$225,000.00 - $235,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
