Director, FRG Client Clearing & Optimization
The Financial Resources Group (FRG) sits within Prime Finance and focuses on client portfolio financing across cash, swaps, and prime brokerage activity. The team partners closely with Trading, Sales, Account Management, Platform, and Risk to price portfolios, implement optimization strategies, and support revenue growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

The FRG Client Clearing & Optimization role supports client portfolio financing and clearing solutions across synthetic and prime brokerage activity. The role focuses on improving profitability, resource efficiency, and client outcomes across the Prime Financing franchise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with clients on capacity, collateral composition, and portfolio optimization opportunities to drive profitability and deepen relationships
  • Define client strategy for Prime Financing clearing activities
  • Apply knowledge of capital ratios and margin methodologies to identify and execute optimization opportunities
  • Leverage expertise in regulatory and internal liquidity modeling to support portfolio and book-level optimization
  • Collaborate across Trading, Sales, Account Management, Platform, Risk, and other Global Financing teams to deliver on business priorities
  • Forecast business growth, financing demand, and resource requirements to support scalable growth and disciplined planning

Required Skills & Experience

  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and Prime Financing business
  • Established relationships with clearing houses and industry groups
  • Proficiency in 15c3 customer protection rules and equity financing liquidity and capital frameworks
  • Extensive experience working directly with clients on execution and optimization strategies
  • 15–20 years of experience in Global Markets or related role

New York pay range:

$300,000.00 - $300,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
