Job Description:
This job is responsible for achieving goals through coding and/or metadata management, support and technical direction for platforms and operations working under guided supervision when needed. Key responsibilities include interacting with managers and partners to identify, research, analyze and resolve complex problems or to develop significant process enhancements. Job expectations include translating business needs into technical requirements for supported platforms, working independently with direction.
Responsible for delivery of tactical plans to achieve goals through coding and/or metadata management, support and technical direction for platforms and operations, and providing input to marketing offer design in associate and digital channels.
This role supports the delivery of marketing campaigns in the Offers Management/Insights Engine platforms across all products in associate & digital channels. Includes end-to-end process to launch new offers and change existing offer design, capturing requirements, drive execution timeline, write & execute test scripts, UAT and production validation.
This role also supports channel integration and expansion initiatives.
This role develops implementation plans for targeted offers and referrals, consulting with partners across marketing, including strategy, creative, product and channel
This role translates the intended customer and associate experience into technical requirements for offer display and is a SME for integration and functionality across delivery platforms, real-time rules, file delivery, front-end and back-end applications.
This role manages strict execution timelines and SLAs for implementation plans, test script preparation, test data requests, to ensure on-time and error-free deployment.
This role performs user acceptance testing and production certification and ongoing monitoring of a production environment to reduce the risk of defects.
Required Qualifications:
5 to 7 years in roles related to project and initiative delivery
Experience writing and/or capturing business and system requirements
Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and drive vertical/horizontal collaboration
Strong written/verbal communication skills, including development of persuasive executive level presentations and simplifying complex concepts for broad consumption
Skilled with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
Detail oriented and execution focused
Self-motivated, ability to adapt to changing requirements, and capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Ability to navigate the organization to accomplish goals
Strong relationship management skills and the ability to coordinate and drive execution against priorities
Ability to operate in the gray space
Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience in a highly matrixed financial institution
Six Sigma, Project Management, or Agile experience
Experience with Lead Generation in a Marketing organization
