Job Description:

This is an Assistant Vice President role focused primarily on supporting mortgage and asset backed Securitisation execution, lifecycle events, and controls governance.

Key responsibilities include reporting, reviewing, and processing securitization transactions and performing other support operations functions as required. Job expectations include ensuring quality service and effective and efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal business partners, external customers, or clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the overall success of the Loan Operations team as an individual contributor
  • Accountable for operational activities and queries across RMBS and ABS securitisation structures (public and private)
  • Assists with the daily operations of securitisation trusts in line with transaction documentation and internal processes
  • Monitors compliance with triggers, covenants and regulatory obligations across assigned RMBS and ABS structures
  • Oversees funding requirements, ensuring adherence to facility terms and liquidity obligations
  • Prepares and validates pool cut data, servicer reporting, and pool analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Reviews cash flow distribution waterfall calculations to ensure alignment with transaction mechanics
  • Partners with relevant teams to understand legal documentation to ensure accurate application of waterfall payments and structural terms
  • Liaises with clients, trustees, servicers and counterparties to support transaction execution and issue resolution
  • Adheres to internal deadlines and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Identifies and escalates exceptions, breaks or risks in operational processes and reporting
