Job Description:
This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include building new procedures, completing complex non-routine analytics, creating reports, and reviewing exception testing and processing. Job expectations include supporting continuous improvement of processes by identifying trends and understanding the operations environment.
LOB Job Description:
The Operations Analyst role is a non-client facing Operations role, performing a variety of functions related to Account Analysis billing processing and research. The Operations Analyst will act as a point of contact for the Sales and Servicing teams, as well as complete unique Analysis maintenance and pricing functions for all clients utilizing treasury management services.
Responsibilities:
- Research and resolution of complex billing issues and inquiries.
- Telephone, E-mail, and Microsoft Communicator contact with many different Bank partners.
- Completion of more complex data entry tasks, report auditing and spreadsheet calculations.
- Ability to be subject matter expert and to provide support to others.
- Process and understand Pricing requests.
- Contribute toward development and implementation of unit procedures and processes and support risk initiatives.
