- Communicate proposed changes clearly and confidently, creating informative materials that explain the rationale, impact, and benefits to a range of stakeholders.
- Provide guidance, documentation, and support to team members and technology partners to embed changes successfully.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to deliver clear, timely, and data-led reporting on current and emerging identity and authentication risks.
- Help ensure technology systems align with enterprise standards, regulatory expectations, and risk management requirements.
What we are looking for:
- Understanding of IAM-related laws, regulations, and industry standards such as SOX, OCC, NIST, ISO, and FFIEC, ideally within financial services.
- Solid knowledge of identity and authentication principles, methodologies, and supporting technologies.
- Experience with IAM governance and administration tools would be advantageous, particularly where they support vaulting, integration, and service management processes.

- Able to translate facts and data into clear, actionable plans while partnering effectively with stakeholders to reduce risk and strengthen adherence to IAM standards.
- Strong attention to detail and highly developed analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of audiences.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple deliverables effectively.
