Job Description:
In Global Payments Solutions our purpose is to develop and deliver a robust set of payment solutions in support of our eight lines of business, so businesses choose us for their financial transaction and cash management needs. Work with us at the confluence of responsible growth, risk management and exceptional client care as a critical part of the Contract Management team. The team closes contractual negotiations with Bank of America clients around the world as quickly and efficiently as possible, reducing time to revenue and minimizing legal costs, while protecting both the client relationship and BofA’s risk position. The team also manages risk exposure by ensuring that the agreement templates lifecycle is consistent and in compliance with risk governance requirements and procedures.
Business Analyst will:
Manage contract template inventory, governance, and project/change processes and procedures.
Liaise with multiple internal product partners, legal, compliance, and operational support teams.
Ensure compliance with risk governance requirements including maintaining governance records, approvals, contract template storage, and publishing.
Project manage and execute on initiatives that increase capacity, streamline/simplify processes and contract templates.
Support Contract Management team related processes and issues, including reports manipulation and analysis, QA/QC, metric management, issue and action plan development and execution.
Report all metrics along with supporting documentation and calculations to management on time.
Business owner and support for Contract Management workflow tool (GCET) including intake queue assignments, reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Conduct contract template administration duties including contract request receipt, contract documentation, governance adherence, and record-keeping, ensuring the smooth flow of contract template administration.
Serve as an expert resource, reinforcing, advising, and providing guidance on processes and procedures related to the inventory and governance of contract templates.
Perform SharePoint and DFFS technical programming, maintenance, and support of the template governance system which employs these technologies.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant work experience.
Advanced MS Office skills especially in Word and Excel.
SharePoint familiarity (building, sites, list, reporting, etc. )
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communications skills.
Strong project management skills and able to handle a full workload with tight deadlines.Effective planning, organizational, and prioritization skills to manage numerous competing, complex assignments.
Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment, be creative, and be able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
Exercise sound judgment and independent decision-making, including knowing when to escalate issues to managers when appropriate.
Reliability, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Desired Qualifications:
An understanding of Global Payments Solutions products and services.
Understanding process design, tracking, controls and metrics.
SharePoint and DFFS design, development, and programming.
Experience with SWFT application.
Previous financial services industry experience.
