Job Description:

You will join a team responsible for delivering daily coverage across the full client base, with dedicated responsibility for a defined set of clients. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless end‑to‑end client experience, primarily across the Financing platform, while maintaining close alignment with the broader Markets business. This includes developing a deep understanding of how each client engages with Bank of America and the Prime business, spanning both commercial and operational considerations. The role combines subject‑matter expertise with a strong relationship‑management orientation.

There is a strong preference for candidates with experience covering hedge fund and/or broker‑dealer clients, and familiarity with the Prime Brokerage business or the platforms and technology that support it. A foundational understanding of equity and derivatives markets, and the products traded by these clients, is advantageous but not required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience across the franchise.
  • Developing and maintaining a working understanding of market risk and how it translates into the Prime business, with the ability to anticipate, assess, and appropriately escalate potential risks to both clients and the firm.
  • Identifying future areas of strategic fit and growth within the client franchise, along with opportunities for organic revenue expansion.
  • Partnering closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Trading, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Finance to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery on behalf of the firm.
