Job Description:

The Content Manager for Global Payments Solutions supports the success of our sales and product teams by turning product capabilities into clear, compelling sales and client-facing content. This role focuses on helping clients understand what our products do, why they matter, and when to use them. This is a junior-level role designed for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience shaping go to market materials, supporting product launches, and enabling sales teams with the right messages. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing partners to develop collateral that supports client conversations and drives adoption of payment solutions such as Receivables, Payables, and Commercial Credit Card products.

  • Create client-facing sales content (presentations, one-pagers, flyers, etc.) that explains product value clearly and simply

  • Translate product features into customer-focused messages: What the product solves. who it’s for and why it matters

  • Support new product launches and updates; refresh content when products change; help roll out new materials to sales teams

  • Partner with internal teams to develop accurate and effective content: Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Graphic Design, etc.

  • Maintain and organize a large library of existing content; keep materials current, accurate, and easy to find

  • Follow required review and approval processes to ensure content meets risk, compliance, and brand standards

  

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience working in Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Product Management, or Go-to-Market execution

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex ideas in plain language

  • Ability to learn products quickly and ask the right questions

  • Strong collaboration skills; comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders

  • Attention to detail and comfort managing multiple pieces of content at once

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Desired Qualifications:

$100,000.00 - $116,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
