Job Description:

  • Lead client communications strategy for large-scale digital payments (e.g. Wires, Bill Pay, ACH, etc.) initiatives, including owning strategy, planning, messaging, and execution. 

  • Lead associate readiness  across all channels for large-scale digital payment initiatives, including strategy, delivering readiness materials, building strong partnerships across lines of business to deliver the materials and ensuring front line teams are prepared for digital payments changes.

  • Track the success of communications and associate readiness efforts and proactively recommend process improvements for future associate readiness and client communications efforts for digital payments

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead readiness and communications for strategic product Initiatives, including readiness and communications strategy, planning, messaging, and execution for digital payments initiatives.

  • Develop and deliver associate readiness programs, materials, and training to support successful adoption of payment enhancements.

  • Translate complex technical changes into business-friendly messaging for executive audiences

  • Measure the effectiveness of communication and readiness efforts and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Build strong relationships across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholder groups to drive alignment and execution.

  • Develop compelling executive communications and presentations to drive awareness and support for strategic initiatives

  • Monitor stakeholder feedback, identify adoption risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies

  • Measure change success through adoption metrics, stakeholder engagement, and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, product communications, change management, readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications strategy, or a related field.

  • Experience supporting digital products, technology solutions, or customer-facing platforms preferred.

  • Experience supporting customer-facing digital products, platforms, or technology solutions. Knowledge of payment products is a plus.

  • Experience developing and executing communication strategies that support product launches, feature releases, or business transformation initiatives.

  • Experience creating executive-level communications, presentations, and strategic messaging.

  • Experience developing communications, training, or readiness materials for large-scale initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, audience-specific messaging.

  • Experience measuring adoption, engagement, and business outcomes to evaluate success and drive continuous improvement.

$126,300.00 - $192,600.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
