Job Description:
This job is responsible for driving and executing on internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF). Key responsibilities include providing analytical and administrative support for LOB or ECF specific processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards. Job expectations include monitoring and testing controls and implementing quality assurance and quality control processes within the LOB or ECF by evaluating data to help identify, track, and report issues and control improvements for remediation.
Responsibilities:
- Support senior business leaders to provide appropriate solutions for data delivery and reporting.
- Participate in routines and discussions to evaluate technology plans, identify, and assess risks.
- Demonstrate subject matter knowledge of related risks and technology fundamentals to provide insights, perspectives, and guidance to the teams.
- Create enhanced remediation plans to monitor risk mitigation and risk acceptance decisions to ensure a balanced operating environment.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert, advising on control framework enhancements and business process improvements.
- Develop dashboards for data visualization, build and monitor KPIs, and assess performance.
- Work with functional teams on initiatives related to commercial matters, control environments, risk management, regulatory requirements, business processes, platforms, and technology.
- Coordinate the identification and remediation of issues, integrating enterprise and regulatory deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or related: and
- 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
- Must include 4 years of experience in each of the following:
- Developing strategic roadmaps and business cases to support process redesign, automation, and outsourcing strategies across core business and support functions;
- Executing digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and enhance user experiences across technology and financial services;
- Spearheading the integration of quantitative and advanced analytics and AI capabilities into enterprise platforms, driving innovation and streamlining critical workflows; and,
- Facilitating executive level workshops and stakeholder engagements across global teams aligning diverse business units on future state visions and implementation priorities.
