Process Overview*
The Agentic Engineering Transformation (AET) team serves as a centralized enablement and governance function responsible for driving enterprise‑wide adoption of AI‑powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform.
AET establishes standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for building, integrating, and operationalizing Copilot agents across the organization. The team works closely with CIO organizations, application teams, platform owners, security, and governance partners to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant agent implementations.
By providing hands‑on expertise, consultation, and operational support, the AET team accelerates delivery, improves solution quality, and enables consistent adoption of agentic solutions aligned with the enterprise AI roadmap.
Job Description*
Responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing AI driven solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. The role combines architecture‑led solution design, full stack engineering, and deep hands-on Copilot Studio expertise to enable enterprise Copilot agent adoption. The position supports agent development, automation workflows, integrations, secure access enablement, and serves as a Copilot Studio SME to strengthen AET delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities*
- Design and implement Copilot Studio agents supporting enterprise automation and intelligent workflows.
- Provide architecture level consultation to CIO and application teams on agent design patterns, integrations, and deployment strategies.
- Develop and configure Power Automate workflows, custom logic, and orchestration for agents.
- Enable and manage Power Platform connectors, permissions, and access models in collaboration with platform, security, and governance teams.
- Design and develop custom APIs and integrations to connect Copilot agents with enterprise systems and data sources.
- Support agent operationalization, including environment setup, deployment readiness, and production support considerations.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Copilot Studio best practices, patterns, limitations, and troubleshooting.
- Reduce delivery risk by closing skill gaps, accelerating development timelines, and improving agent quality across AET initiatives.
- Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and enablement activities for delivery teams adopting Copilot Studio.

Education*
- B.E./ B. Tech or above
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform/AI/Cloud are desirable
Experience Range*
- 15 to 20 Years
Foundational Skills*
- Solution architecture
- Full stack engineering concepts (APIs, backend systems, workflows)
- Microsoft Power Platform fundamentals
- Good knowledge with at least one of the major cloud providers like Microsoft Azure
- Enterprise security and access control concepts
- Agile delivery and enterprise application development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
