Process Overview*

Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology (ERFT) organization is responsible for the management and delivery of technology for the bank’s enterprise control functions. We also manage GT&O’s business operations, business process and controls, workforce management, Simplify & Improve (SIM) governance, and initiative and master planning processes.

Job Description

Development and Support in Oracle EPM EPBCS to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the EPBCS Financials module for a banking institution. The consultant will partner with Finance, FP&A and IT teams to deliver a scalable planning and forecasting solution aligned to bank-specific P&L, Balance Sheet, and center budgeting requirements.
 

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement EPBCS Financials covering P&L planning, Balance Sheet planning, center budgeting, and scenario/version management.
  • Configure dimensions, metadata, business rules (Groovy/Calc Manager), forms, dashboards, and approval workflows.
  • Build and maintain data integrations with core banking/ERP sources (Oracle Cloud ERP, FCCS ,EDM and on prem Systems) using EPM Data Integration and EPM Automate.
  • Support budgeting, rolling forecast, and stress scenario planning cycles with driver-based modeling.
  • Administer application security, environment promotions Development, Testing, Production and quarterly release management.
  • Lead requirements workshops, deliver Design and configuration documentation, and support UAT through go live.

Experience Range- 10+ years

Foundational skills*

  • 10+ years of hands-on EPBCS/PBCS implementation experience; at least one full-cycle greenfield Financials module delivery.
  • Strong EPBCS configuration skills: Dimension design, business rules, allocations, multi-currency, and security.
  • Proficiency in Groovy scriptingCalc ManagerEPM Data Integration, and EPM Automate.
  • Banking domain knowledge: NII, Balance Sheet volumes, cost allocations, and FP&A processes in a bank or financial services firm.
  • Experience integrating EPBCS with core banking GL systems; multi-currency and FX translation experience required.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to engage Finance users and IT teams independently.

Desired skills*

  • Oracle EPM Cloud Certification (Planning).
  • Exposure to Oracle FCCS, Narrative Reporting, or Oracle Cloud ERP GL.
