Process Overview
The Risk and Finance Technology (RFT) organization is responsible for the management and delivery of technology for the bank’s enterprise control functions. We also manage GT&O’s business operations, business process and controls, workforce management, Simplify & Improve (SIM) governance, and initiative and master planning processes.
 

Job Description

As an experienced developer, this role is responsible for leading large‑scale Oracle Fusion Financials GL and RMC migrations, designing robust consolidation and planning data solutions, and leveraging automation and AI capabilities to improve financial close, controls, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Fusion GL migration initiatives, including large‑scale ledger consolidations, COA transformations, balance and journal conversions, and historical data migrations using FBDI/ADFDI with robust reconciliation controls.
  • Design, develop, and support Risk Management Cloud (RMC) technical solutions, including risk/control data migrations, GL control mappings, automated control evidence extraction, and audit‑ready reconciliation reporting.
  • Develop custom BI Publisher reports, SQL‑based validation utilities, and reconciliation frameworks to ensure GL balance accuracy, intercompany eliminations, and close‑cycle integrity.
  • Build and maintain robust integrations between GL, RMC, FCCS, and PBCS using REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and file‑based interfaces, with a focus on migration and consolidation data flows.
  • Provide technical support for consolidation, planning, and budgeting processes, including GL‑to‑FCCS eliminations and translations, and GL‑to‑PBCS actuals/budget data synchronization.
  • Leverage AI and automation capabilities (Oracle AI features, intelligent reconciliation, anomaly detection, and intelligent data validation) to improve migration accuracy, reduce manual effort, and accelerate financial close and audit cycles.

Experience Range*: 10+ years

Foundational skills

  • Oracle Cloud Fusion Financial Techno/Functional with 10+ Years of experience in General Ledger/ Accounts Payables/ Fixed Assets
  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud/ Fusion Implementations/Support and Integration (GL , AP , FA , Security).
  • At least 5+ Years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Security & RMC (Oracle Cloud Risk Management & Compliance)
  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud FCCS and EPBCS is preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing scalable, high-performance systems and architecting solutions for complex business and regulatory requirements
  • Hands-on Experience in BIP Reports, SOACS, RESTFUL Webservices
  • Hands- on in SQL/PLSQL, Unix/Linux (5+ years)

Desired skills:

  • SSO Integration with Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Scheduling Tools like Autosys
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • Knowledge of Oracle Key Vault (OKMS)
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes
