Job Description:
This job is responsible for building and leading a team to deliver technology products and services that meet business outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing a technology strategy, ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards, promoting design, engineering, and organizational practices, and advocating and advancing modern, Agile solution delivery practices. Job expectations may include coaching, mentoring, providing feedback and hands on career development, identifying emerging talent, fostering leadership skills, and managing stakeholders.

This job is responsible for leading a team to manage regulatory, compliance, security, and lifecycle risk across Collaboration & Productivity Products and Services. Products include M365, Adobe, Virtual Meetings and Events, Enterprise Voice, Contact Center, Trader Voice, Regulatory Voice Recording, Regulatory Messaging, Carrier Access and Security.  

Key responsibilities include managing risk portfolio in partnership with Global Tech, Global Risk, Audit, Compliance, vendors, and internal Product / A&E teams to review findings, identify controls, and manage remediation plans. In addition the individual will be responsible for overseeing adherence to lifecycle, privileged access, capacity management, resiliency, and inventory requirements and standards.

The role will require managing both unstructured and structured data to highlight areas in need of prioritization, optimize processes across and within the org to create efficiency, and to facilitate timely delivery of Application and Service requirements across the portfolio. 

Responsibilities:

  • Builds and manages teams by performing financial activities to inform workforce strategy and hiring practices, setting and tracking maturity and quality objectives, and training employees/teams to address feedback and achieve quality and performance objectives
  • Facilitates performance and career development of employees/teams through performance reviews, coaching, and creating development plans that are needed to build competencies and skills
  • Manages solution delivery and application performance in production (app health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data management standards, audit exams and reviews), ensuring all relevant risk, financial, and compliance policies are met
  • Manages relationships with business and technology partners and leads and creates followership in Communities of Practice in the organization
  • Contributes to the technology strategy for their technical domain
  • Creates an inclusive and healthy working environment and helps to resolve organizational impediments/blockers
  • Ensures that execution is aligned with product strategy by working with product management and other stakeholders
  • Lead and manage a risk and compliance engineering team responsible for identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and remediating regulatory, compliance, security, and lifecycle risks across Collaboration & Productivity platforms, including M365, Adobe, Virtual Meetings & Events, Enterprise Voice, Contact Center, Trader Voice, Regulatory Recording, Regulatory Messaging, Carrier Access, and Security services.

  • Own the end‑to‑end risk portfolio for the Collaboration & Productivity product suite, partnering closely with Global Technology, Global Risk, Audit, Compliance, external vendors, and internal Product and Architecture & Engineering (A&E) teams to review findings, define appropriate controls, and drive timely, durable remediation plans.

  • Establish and enforce lifecycle governance across applications and services, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards for technology onboarding, ongoing maintenance, decommissioning, and technical currency.

  • Oversee privileged access management, ensuring appropriate controls, monitoring, and attestations are in place to meet security, regulatory, and audit requirements.

  • Ensure adherence to capacity management, resiliency, and availability standards, partnering with engineering and infrastructure teams to address risks related to scalability, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and service continuity.

  • Maintain accurate service and application inventory, ensuring completeness, traceability, and alignment with enterprise risk, audit, and compliance expectations.

  • Analyze and synthesize structured and unstructured data from audits, assessments, incidents, metrics, and operational sources to identify systemic risk, emerging trends, and areas requiring prioritization or management attention.

  • Drive process optimization and operational efficiency, identifying opportunities to reduce friction, eliminate manual work, and improve consistency across risk management, reporting, and remediation workflows.

  • Provide clear executive‑level reporting and insights, translating complex risk, compliance, and technical topics into actionable summaries for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience with managing on prem and cloud products and services across fi1nancial markets
  • 10+ years technical experience across Collaboration and Productivity services
  • Experience managing distributed teams, proven ability to create processes and routines to create strong outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication, able to communicate effectively to senior leadership.

Connecticut pay range:

$135,900.00 - $220,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
