Job Description:
Maintains and enhances relationships with existing clients. Promotes customer retention and satisfaction through frequent client meetings and discussions covering business strategy, new products, service requirements and market developments. Develops product marketing material; prepares ands conducts client presentations; resolves complex service problems; has a thorough understanding of their accounts' requirements; may establish business plans, assign targets, and set goals; may monitor performance of client services staff.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills with an understanding of how to tailor messages appropriate to the audiences

  • Strong client service skills

  • Rapidly assess problems, perform root cause analysis and reason out creative solutions

  • Manage workload to manager imposed or self-imposed deadlines

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills – includes pivots, macros, and charts

  • Comfortable engaging people at all levels of the organization to ask questions and solve problems

  • An organized, self-starter that can execute on deliverables without constant follow up from management

  • Comfortable with escalation and communicating information proactively

  • Own issues and see them through to resolution, relentless follow up

New York pay range:

$150,000.00 - $225,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
