Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting Business Managers by completing administrative and financial functions for a group. Key responsibilities include supporting financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, client data management, oversight of audit/compliance requirements, business planning and preparing presentations for senior management. Job expectations include being able to work effectively in multiple facets of business support and administration.

Responsibilities:• Creates business presentations on strategy, business performance, planning initiatives and other materials for internal and external audiences • Generates performance reports focused on driving business and team results
• Tracks and supports weekly and monthly routines
• Communicates and interacts with team members across various lines of business
• Serves as a knowledgeable resource and point person who can help efficiently facilitate the day-to-day operations of the team
• Performs comprehensive client planning, competitor and financial industry benchmark research
• Assists with a variety of ad hoc assignments, typically with time constraints

$95,000.00 - $100,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
