Specialized Fiduciary Administrator I (SFA I), Providence, RI -
This job is responsible for providing administrative support to key stakeholders in the Private Bank space. Key responsibilities include providing operational support, performing routine administrative duties required to administer accounts and serve client needs. Job expectations include serving as an additional point of contact for clients, and collaborating with business partners.
Responsibilities:
• Assists in administrative and office management duties, such as conducting account maintenance and preparing letters, monitoring and preparing reports, and ordering office supplies and equipment
• Participates in projects, prepares reports, and supports research efforts
• Supports addressing client issues and concerns, while adhering to policies and procedures
• Assists with ensuring accounts are in line with the fiduciary standard by complying with internal policy and industry regulations
