Global Markets product coverage includes securities and derivative products in both the primary and secondary markets.
Job Description
This role offers direct placement in the Subscription Finance Group (SFG). Subscription Finance provides funding and financing solutions to many of the world’s leading asset managers. As an Associate, responsibilities may include:
- Drafting client proposals, transaction summaries, due diligence materials, credit approval reports, and other documentation as part of the transaction approval process
- Coordinating with internal business partners and client coverage teams to facilitate transaction execution and ongoing relationship management
- Participating in on-site client due diligence visits, as appropriate
- Performing detailed collateral and portfolio analysis to support underwriting and monitoring activities
- Monitoring and interpreting key performance trends related to collateral, clients, and broader industry dynamics
- Maintaining transaction pricing, return, and cash flow models, as well as portfolio surveillance and reporting materials
- Gaining exposure to providing financing to funds across a broad range of asset classes, including buyout/growth, real estate, private credit/direct lending, secondaries, distressed, and infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in investing, credit, banking, finance, or a related field preferred
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- High standards of integrity, attention to detail, initiative, and strong work ethic
- Strong interest in global financial markets and structured financing solutions
- Background in mathematics, engineering, statistics, or programming a plus
