Process Overview*

Supporting enterprise control function which comprises of global HR Technology, Finance, Global Market and corporate affairs, Global Corporate Services, Corporate security, Collaboration, Content, Document and Digital Management, Portals, Search and Mobile Technologies.

Job Description*

Individuals will perform as a contributing member of the development team that involves understanding the business, creating strategies and specifications for technical solutions, system design documents & developing Web based Java/J2EE solutions for the applications.

Responsibilities*

• Servers as a Full Stack Angular/React/Java developer.
• Designs and implement software solutions based on business requirements.
• Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains, and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions.
• Evaluates new software development tools to improve development to market for toolset enhancements.
• Apply systems analysis and design techniques to design, develop, test, implement and debug client specific proprietary computer systems and client/server/Web applications using standard programming/ scripting languages and testing tools, and databases and servers.
• Works under minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a multi-faceted role (development with some testing, support and analysis).

Education*

• Degree in Engineering – Information Technology (IT) / Computer Science or equivalent.
• Certifications If Any: NA.

Experience Range*

• 08 Years To 12 Years.

Foundational Skills*

• Experience in project delivery based on agile development methodology (using JIRA or other similar tools).
• Self-starter, independent thinker and results-oriented individual, who can create innovative solutions. Proactive, diligent and highly disciplined, with a strong track record of delivering robust solutions for the clients.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to translate between business and technical requirements.
• Prior experience in workfoce management tools and processes within banking/financial institutions.
• Java / J2EE Technologies - Core Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, SpringBoot, Hibernate, Microservices and Webservices.
• UI / Scripting Technologies – React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Middleware Technologies – Apache, Tomcat and OpenShift Kubernetes servers.
• Database Technologies – Oracle – PL/SQL.
• Miscellaneous Tools / Technologies - UNIX, BladeLogic, Putty and WinSCP.
• Integrated Development Environments – IntelliJ and Eclipse.
