Job Description:
This job is responsible for complex activities supporting the assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing and movement of financial and client information and data. Key responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of issue resolution, working across multiple operations and product specialists, and ensuring procedures are clearly documented and up to date. This role also may support projects and initiatives and prepare executive-level reports and presentations, while providing deep subject matter expertise.


Responsibilities:

  • Performs complex activities supporting the assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing and movement of financial and client information and data according to the established guidelines and procedures

  • Leads end-to-end resolution of complex client issues and inquiries, including research, escalation and approvals for items with high levels of monetary risk

  • Drives execution of complex financial and non-financial client transactions

  • Supports process improvements, requirements, and initiatives across multiple stakeholders

  • Performs quality assurance reviews, testing and training to ensures high performance accuracy of performance metrics and quality standards

  • Supports risk management and audit processes, including identification of issues, development of mitigation strategies, and exam preparation

  • Reviews and updates procedures as needed to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date

Line of Business Description:

Wealth Management Operations (WMO) provides end-to-end operational support that drives the client experience for Wealth Management advisory partners and their clients.  

Within WMO, Investment Information Management teams execute manual processes and monitor automated processes to accurately receive and manage investment information such as updating prices and dividends, monitoring investment performance accuracy, and validating client data. Performance accuracy measures the automatic generated rates of return on client accounts to ensure the return accurately represents how the client's holdings have performed.

Team Description:

This job is responsible for complex activities supporting the assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing and movement of financial and client information and data for Mutual Funds Dividends team. Key responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of issue resolution, working across multiple operations and product specialists, and ensuring procedures are clearly documented and up to date. This role also may support projects and initiatives and prepare executive-level reports and presentations, while providing deep subject matter expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Uphold core operational disciplines and serve as a trusted execution partner across all processes and deliverables.

  • Build strong, professional partnerships with analysts, fund partners, and internal stakeholders to support seamless operational execution.

  • Execute and oversee complex financial and non‑financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, control adherence, and risk mitigation.

  • Lead the end‑to‑end resolution of complex client issues, including research, escalation, and approval of high‑risk or high‑value items.

  • Perform complex operational activities involving the sourcing, movement, validation, and handling of financial and client information in alignment with established guidelines.

  • Enforce operational controls, metrics, and procedures consistent with bank standards and regulatory expectations.

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews, testing, and training to ensure accuracy, strong control performance, and adherence to quality standards.

  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, contributing to requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective enhancements.

  • Participate in risk management and audit processes, including issue identification, remediation planning, and preparation for examinations.

  • Review and maintain up‑to‑date procedures to ensure accuracy, clarity, and operational alignment.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, disciplined execution, attention to detail, and professional communication in all responsibilities.

$68,000.00 - $106,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible
