Job Description:
This role is responsible for the planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables for critical and/or strategic initiatives which requires strong leadership and engagement to lead teams across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating and managing toward the targeted tangible business outcomes, coordinating delivery of complex technical solutions, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing visibility into the health of the project/program to Senior Management and Stakeholders. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the organizations expectations in terms of the business outcomes, timeline, and cost. They manage financials for the project/program, assist with resource planning, and facilitate sync points between business and technology leadership across multiple organizations, as well as Risk and Compliance partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish the target business outcomes in partnership with Sr. Leaders and stakeholders.
- Establish and build relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk.
- Coordinate and facilitate the program routines (for example, kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and necessary routines).
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations.
- Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve the target business outcomes and meet expected timeline.
- Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
- Manage the technical delivery of vendors, suppliers, consultants, contractors, support organizations, and development teams.
- Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal.
- Ensure that execution is aligned with target business outcomes by working with the executive sponsor/stakeholders.
- Ensure the work delivered complies with Global Technology and Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Track the success metrics and review performance with stakeholders, Sr. Management and key leaders.
- Manage the financials and resource planning for the project/program.
- Provide input to define/improve the Change Management process for the Portfolio, projects and workstreams.

Requirements and Technical Expertise
- Requires 7+ years of related work experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or endpoint/data protection
- Requires previous supervisory/leadership experience, preferably in a matrixed or global environment
- Strong knowledge of financial services, and cybersecurity products, services, and technologies at both functional and data levels
- Deep understanding of traditional IT functions and development/deployment processes (e.g., servers, firewalls, networks, datacenters)
- Proven experience in infrastructure and endpoint management, data protection strategies, and risk mitigation
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, PCI-DSS, GDPR)
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives across technology domains
- Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and the Program Project Risk Tool (PPRT)
