Job Description:
Must be trained and perform all the tasks and responsibilities of the Executive Specialist I. In addition, provides direction and supervision to the Executive Protection Specialists assigned to either the executive floors or an assignment in the area. This requires a detailed analysis of the situation and the development of a security action plan that both provides for a secure environment while allowing for the unimpeded management of the corporation. Takes on more complex projects and studies to ensure the safety of the executives and their environment. Manages financial aspects of the program and engages with and performs other aspects of executive protection analysis in support of the overall program. Assignments often require a high degree of analysis, development of a unique action plan, and implementation of that plan. Required to have a more expanded level of coordination with the top executives, their family members, other executives, and strategic partners to develop and advance the appropriate security environment.
This role is responsible for managing access control to executive spaces, ensuring a secure and protected environment for senior management, support staff, and client-related events. Core responsibilities include incident management and response, as well as comprehensive screening of all incoming mail and parcels.
The position also requires the development of action plans for transportation services and coordinating closely with local law enforcement and other security agencies to support ongoing protective operations.
Occasional travel may be required to support events involving the Management Team.
Candidates must be able to complete 2–3 days of Protective/Evasive Driving Training basic first aid and AED medical training.
Must be able to work either:
1st shift (1st shift hour/schedule; Monday – Fridays (occasional weekends) and work 6am-2pm
or
2nd shift (2nd shift hour/schedule; Monday – Fridays (occasional weekends)and work 1pm-9pm
Responsibilities:
Work across functional teams to ensure the safety and security of the senior management team, key stakeholders, and external business clientele.
Provide safe and efficient transportation for senior leaders, maintaining a smooth, secure, and discreet travel experience.
Monitor traffic patterns, potential risks, and alternative routes to minimize delays and reduce exposure to security threats.
Ensure all vehicle movements prioritize safety, discretion, and a low profile.
Regularly inspect assigned vehicles to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and operational readiness.
Report and resolve maintenance issues promptly to avoid transportation disruptions.
Ensure the safety and security of executive floors and other assigned locations, including off-site events.
Maintain continuous situational awareness and implement proactive security measures as needed.
Control access to Executive Floors according to established protocols, ensuring secure handling and distribution of all incoming mail, packages, and business-related assets.
Prevent unauthorized access to secure areas by monitoring and enforcing access control procedures.
Maintain a professional and secure environment for key stakeholders and visiting business clientele.
Effectively monitor internal guests, third party visitors, and service providers on all Executive Floors.
Provide emergency resources and real time assessments for major events, high level meetings, private functions, and business-related off-site locations.
Required Qualifications:
Must have 10+ years of experience with physical security, Law Enforcement, or military security employment.
Must be able to complete 2-3 day Protective/Evasive driving training.
Must be able to complete basic first aid and AED medical training.
Must be capable of sitting/standing for long periods of time.
Must have strong communications skills and ability to partner with key stakeholders both internally and externally to the bank.
Experience in assessing risks, vulnerabilities, and threats through understanding of surveillance and counter surveillance.
Be able to perform first aid and basic emergency life saving techniques when needed and maintains any related certifications.
Experience in crisis response, workplace violence and other emergency events.
Proven skills in working with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Must be able to work 1st shift (1st shift hour/schedule; Monday – Fridays (occasional weekends) and work 6am-2pm or 2nd shift (2nd shift hour/schedule; Monday – Fridays (occasional weekends) and work 1pm-9pm.
