Process Overview

Global Information Security (GIS) – IAAT - Authentication team is responsible for developing and supporting Identity Authentication and Access Technology application and infrastructure services for Bank of America. IAM IE team manages SSO using Ping Access and Ping Federate, multi factor authentication, secure credentials, access and entitlements for thousands of applications etc.

Job Description

This role involves consultation, integration and troubleshooting support to enterprise and third-party applications for onboarding to strategic enterprise SSO, API security and Multifactor Authentication platforms. The individual will be required to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure onboarding to appropriate authentication platform and drive strategic IAM solutions adoption within the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Create SSO policies as per business requirements
• Troubleshoot PingAccess issues and other related issues
• Responsible to do a deep dive research, analysis, and resolution of issues
• Work closely with Business & Technical analysts to implement enhancements and new Integrations
• Responsible for assisting users and application teams to resolve system/ business process questions and issues related to specific applications such as web services, Unix, Core Java, LDAP etc
• Responsible for tracking issues & tasks in ReqIT/Jira by following documented process and procedures and meeting service level agreements
• Responsible for developing custom solutions in Ping Federate, Ping Access

Requirements

• Education : .E. / B Tech / M.E. / M Tech / M.C.A
• Certifications (If Any) :NA
• Experience Range : 3+ Years

Foundational skills

• 2 - 4  years experience of Ping Access (SSO) & Ping Federate
• 2 -3 years experience in Java or Python programming/scripting
• Knowledge on LDAP, SAML, OAuth2.0/ OIDC protocols and frameworks
• Knowledge on Multifactror Authentication/ FIDO
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent oral/written communication skills

Desired skills

• Basic networking concepts and knowledge on firewall and load balancer
• Basic knowledge if RHEL and Windows Server OS
• Basic knowledge of apache and IIS server configuration
