Our Business

Global Capital Markets originate a wide variety of debt and equity offerings, as well as risk management products to advise clients in raising capital in the public or private markets. Debt Capital Markets generate financing solutions for the firm’s client base through origination, development, structuring and execution of instruments across the debt spectrum, while Equity Capital Markets originate, structure and executive equity and equity-linked and equity derivatives products including initial public offerings, right offerings, accelerated placements and convertible bonds

Job Description

  • Assist associates/ senior bankers in all aspects of Global Capital Markets transactions, from creating pitchbooks and marketing materials to conducting in-depth industry research and financial analysis.
  • Prepare materials for client pitches and attend client meetings if needed.
  • Prepare in-depth analysis of new issue market, general market conditions and institutional investors.
  • Help generate ideas and opportunities for new and existing clients through in-depth research, financial modeling and industry analyses.
  • Learn from, and work with, teams consisting of professionals drawn from across the business, including senior bankers within your group, experts in other areas of the firm and colleagues from around the globe.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Korean
  • Good understanding on banking operations and knowledge on regulatory requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • High degree of initiative and motivation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with associates at all levels of the organization
  • Relevant experience in Banking preferred
