Job Description

EIT Testing and Trade Surveillance

Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) function – Business Support. EIT is a control function that performs independent testing to ensure robust governance and appropriate oversight process is in place. It assesses that controls are effective, complete, and appropriate through our risk management process – Identify, Measure, Monitor and Control. Testing is performed on controls set in various stage of product life cycle across various functions such as Global Banking and Markets, Consumer Banking, Wealth Management and CFO and Data Transaction Testing.

Trade Surveillance team monitors firm’s trading activity from a market abuse/market manipulation perspective. Global trade surveillance activities are designed to adhere to financial services laws, rules and regulations to determine whether key controls are operating as intended and are effective in terms of mitigating compliance risk (e.g. compliance policy, standard or procedure). Continuous surveillance of business activities is performed through automated systems (SMARTS, Actimize etc.) and filters

Skills exposure: Risk Management, Collaboration/Teamwork, Intellectual Curiosity, Drive for Operational Excellence (OpEx), Verbal and written communication, Microsoft Office, Analytical/Problem Solving, coding skills

Requirements

Education: B Tech./ MBA/ PGDM / Maters in Economics / Quantitative Technique & Economics/ Mathematics/ Supply Chain/ Operations/ Statistics/ Data Sciences

Location: Students should be willing to work in any locations namely – Mumbai, Chennai, Gurugram, Gandhinagar (GIFT), Hyderabad as per company requirement

Shift : Should be willing to work in any shifts / night shifts as per company requirement
