Job Description:
This job is responsible for defining an architectural vision and solution that supports the strategic outcomes of the Business' Products and Services. Key responsibilities include defining the target operating environment, designing for client resiliency, assisting with solution design, and defining non-functional requirements. Job expectations include working with stakeholders and service providers aligned to the Business' strategic objectives, evaluating the impact of strategic design decisions, and contributing to the architecture roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Works across the business, operations and technology to create the solution intent and architectural vision for complex solutions and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements into a technology backlog to enable the technology roadmap and functionality to support evolving capabilities and services
- Contributes to the creation of the architecture roadmap of defined domains (Business, Application, Data, and Technology) in support of the product roadmap and the development of best practices including standardized templates
- Clarifies the architecture, assists with system design to support implementation, and provides solution options to resolve any architectural impediments
- Facilitates solution driven discussions, leads the design of complex architectures, and finds creative solutions through knowledge of domain, practical experiments, and proof of concepts while ensuring architecture is flexible, modular, and adaptable
- Educates team members on the technology practices, standardization strategies, and best practices to create innovative solutions
- Supports the team as needed to select the technology stack required for solutions and helps select preferred technology products
- Performs design and code reviews to ensure all non-functional requirements are sufficiently met (for example, security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability)
- Interpreting requirements to develop API integrations with external systems in adherence to development, integration best practices.
- Implement the development of multiple interface services to connect both internal and external REST web services with .net, Salesforce and Kafka streaming integration.
- Lead the design, implementation and optimization of data architecture to unify customer data from various sources for a customer 360 view across Salesforce ecosystem within an org.
- Drive the overall data architecture strategy for Salesforce Data cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives, enterprise data governance, and Salesforce best practices.
- Extensive experience in robust data models including Data model objects and data lakes, data pipelines and transformations.
- Architect and implement identify resolution ruleset to create unified customer profiles across disparate data sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless data flow and integration with critical bank systems (ERP and Data Warehouses).
- Implement data validation, deduplication, and enforce data governance best practices to align with bank security and privacy standards.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of10+ years’ experience in the development and implementation of Salesforce based applications using Sales Cloud.
- experience with Agile Methodology required
- Possess deep knowledge and hands-on development experience in the past 10 + years using C#/.net Core/.net 7
- Knowledge and experience in Enterprise Design Patterns
- Experience in implementing .net microservices, REST API's, SQL
- Experience in Set Up Continuous integration of C# with Open Shift Container
- Experience with microservices/ API Management & Openshift Container using Cloud & Kafka
- Strong, independent, ownership focused technical leader requiring minimal oversight including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Design and/or development experience with complex, integrated, high volume applications for resiliency and performance
- Experience with HTML5, JavaScript libraries and micro frameworks (jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular)
- Experience with CI/CD, BitBucket, Jenkins, Gulp, NodeJS
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Azure cloud and Azure pipelines
- Experience with DevOps automation and enablement technologies e.g. Jenkins, Ansible/Tower, etc.
- Experience with agile methodologies, routines, and tools
- Salesforce knowledge of Visualforce, Apex Programming, Apex Web Services and Application Configuration,.
