Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services. 

Process Overview

GMO supports End-to-end support for Global Markets sales, trading and underwriting business for Securities, OTC, and Traded Derivatives across multiple lines of business.

Job Description

The individual will lead the GBS GMO Business support and work closely to support COO function for managing the overall reporting governance.

Responsibilities

Responsible for data consolidation and reporting at Business level

Consolidation of all key Scorecard metrics (Operations, People, Shareholder, Risk) for all sub-LOB’s

Managing Forecasting, Financials, budgets and Headcount Management

Govern different tool at GBS or Operations level which are developed as a control for remediating audit issues

Drive Operational Excellence by consistently striving to achieve responsible growth

Interactions with various stakeholders, including senior management

Escalate issues in a timely manner

Requirements

Education - Minimum Graduate

  • Certifications – Process Excellence, PMP (Optional)

Experience Range : Overall experience of 9+ years

Foundational Skills :

  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
  • A self-motivated, structured and logical thinker
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, ability to demonstrate decisiveness and sound sense of judgment, knowing when to escalate
  • Experience in managing small / medium-size / large projects/ Stakeholder / Client Management
  • Attention to detail, delivering high quality output
  • Strong assertiveness, listening, influencing and diplomacy skills
  • Partnership and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and display strong prioritizing, planning and organizing skills
  • Strong controls background with previous experience of implementing and maintaining key business controls
  • Should be a team player with strong execution focus
  • Ability to work well with and communicate with others, from teammates to executives
  • Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and to quickly change direction as needed
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good project management skills
  • Proficient  in MS Office application like word, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio
  • Experience in producing  MI reports and tracking reportable MI
