Card Product Risk Management & Monitoring team is accountable for the risk and compliance aspects of the Commercial Card and Prepaid businesses. The team provides advice and counsel to the entire Card Product team globally on matters of risk management, bank policy and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • This role is responsible for areas related to strategic transaction review, operational excellence, Policy & Procedure Standards updates, Enterprise Payment Policy adherence, EMEA and APAC risk liaison and direct support of Prepaid Card product risk management.

  • Identifies and creates plans for product development, supporting the creation of sales training programs, and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities

  • Understands product functionality, marketplace trends, and the competitive landscape to provide awareness of trends to sales and marketing teams

  • Develops and/or influences product strategy, driving products in cash management to provide comprehensive solutions across the bank

  • Partners with internal stakeholders to obtain meaningful insights about markets, clients, and competitors in order to develop products that solve client needs and ensure high adoption rates

  • Drives transaction and revenue growth and manages associated financial processes (i.e., forecast, monthly flash reporting, etc.)

  • Collaborates with internal technology subject matter experts and researches product-related trends in order to provide an integrated and automated client experience

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years in banking industry

  • Understanding of bank’s Risk Framework and can apply principles to business operations

  • Analyze and format data for decision making purposes

  • Strategic Thinker & Tactical Execution skillset

  • Supports E2E Risk Management

  • Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, PowerPoint, Word, Excel

Desired Qualifications:

  • Documented experience with risk management processes and proven ability to drive the process with business partners

  • Documented experience with Prepaid Card product and/or processes

  • Knowledge and documented experience with Tableau Software or Sequel a plus

  • Experience in a risk or compliance role

  • Business writer

Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Information technology skills

Illinois pay range:

$105,000.00 - $166,200.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
