Job Description:

The US Wire Product Management team as part of the International Payments team is responsible for end-to-end management and development of US Wire Payments Product for Bank of America's Global Payments Solutions (GPS) business. The team manages the US Wire product platform that is not only shared by all eight lines of business at the bank but also is required by the other bank products and services to operate, such as FX, cross-border RTP, Trade, Liquidity and Global Markets. The team is also responsible for overseeing and executing various large-scale industry initiatives such as the ISO 20022 implementation and 24x7x365 cross border payments processing. Finally, the team supports all GPS corporate and commercial client segments, including multinational corporates, non-bank financial institutions, commercial/middle market and specialty industries such as gig economy players and fin-techs, iconic tech companies and business banking clients.

This role, as the key player and senior member of the US Wire Product Team, will drive product enhancements to eliminate client pain points and strategize for sophisticated client business requirements in improving the product capabilities, while navigating the broad, cross-functional organization and working collaboratively across multiple technology, operations, risk and compliance teams. The role will spearhead both mandated and business-driven product changes, ensuring business requirements are properly prioritized by partner teams, and also drive high-profile, critical product risk management deliverables with the exposure to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Wholesale payments and/or corporate payments experience

  • Treasury Services and Transaction Banking businesses knowledge

  • Lead global, cross-functional teams across various regions

  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities are often shifted and time-sensitive initiatives are brought in

Desired Qualifications:

  • Treasury product management experience

  • End-to-end wire payments process flow knowledge

  • Strategic advisory experience of identifying issues and areas of improvement in the existing processes and executing strategic changes

  • Product risk management at a large, regulated global financial institution experience

  • Business understanding of wholesale payments related Laws, Rules, and Regulations in the US Wire industry

Minimum Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

New York pay range:

$105,000.00 - $250,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
