Job Description and Responsibilities:
Bank of America's Digital Payments' team is seeking an analyst to lead controls and metrics for Digital Payment Product(s).
Lead Metric execution for Digital Payments Product(s), including monthly metric tracking and reporting
Develop and maintain detailed metric / control procedures
Assess existing and potential new metrics in partnership with Product, Risk, Operations, and other partners
Required Responsibilities:
Ability to efficiently calculate, track, and analyze key operational indicators on a regular basis
Ability to identify anomalies in data, research, and resolve with key partners
Ability to deliver upon competing priorities with concurrent deadlines

Minimum Educational Requirements: BA degree or equivalent work experience
