Essential Functions:

High caliber professional providing the Global Leasing line of business with meaningful reporting & analytics for Senior Leadership, Sales Partners and support functions across the organization and firm.  This role will support report development, reporting tool administration and production of recurring/ad-hoc needs to support the business.   The candidate should anticipate a fluid environment which requires our team to anticipate future needs while working on current projects or tasks and continually improving the reporting platform.

• Gather and interpret data and sources to assist with report development and presentations based on analytical findings
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and publish intellectual capital effectively and efficiently
• Support firm quality standards through detailed fact-checking, quality control, and adherence of team standards
• Gain knowledge of data attributes and source systems to understand, communicate and articulate approach and limitations
• Support reporting tool platform with administrative functions including user access/metrics, project maintenance, size/scale review in addition to periodic upgrades and testing.

Preferred Education:

Bachelor’s degree – accounting, finance, data analytics, information technology or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Prior Work Experience: 

5+ Years related experience preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Toad
• Familiarity with various database architectures (Oracle, MySQL etc.…), structured query language (SQL) and MS Office tools including advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills along with attention to detail
• Solid organizational and oral/written communication skills
• Ability to work well both independently and in team-oriented environment
• Possess a natural curiosity and desire to improve and/or streamline processes
• Travel-less than 5%
