Role Description:
This job is responsible for identifying all third parties in-scope for a Third Party Cyber Assurance (TPCA) assessment and actively partnering with TPCA assessment teams to ensure third parties receive a timely and risk-based appropriate assessment. Key responsibilities include scheduling of 1200+ TPCA assessments annually, analyzing which type of assessment a Third Party should receive, assigning assessors to complete the assessment, reviewing change requests, and annualizing capacity.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze assessment data, identify schedule gaps impacts, and recommend solutions
• Working with TPCA assessment teams and Enterprise Vendor Managers to resolve conflicts that arise
• Identifying and escalating TPCA assessment scheduling gaps
• Supporting inquiries into the program's operations and/or assessment results from internal risk and audit partners
• The ability to interact with internal or external stakeholders including business partners and/or external parties to identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems or security gaps.
• The ability to objectively assess information from various sources and synthesize it towards making a reasoned judgment
• Identifying process optimization opportunities
