Job Description:
Operate as a maker / operator in executing day to day deliverables incl NFRR & resolution of transactional issues pertaining to FICC & Corporate Treasury trades on various products for Indonesian market.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring all trades, tasks and reports falling within his / her scope are processed promptly and accurately.
- Actively liaise with traders; clients; custodians & regional service providers to ensure accurate & timely processing of trades; confirms, settlements, reporting & escalation of exceptions.
- Deliver high standards of Client Service & Delivery
- Engage with line manager & key stakeholders in managing operational risk.
- Provide strong support to manage regulatory inspections; internal audits & contingency preparedness.
- Actively participate & contribute on change management / project initiatives locally.
Requirements:
1. Three years experience in financial services.
2. Have a comprehensive knowledge of Global Markets business & processes.
3. Good understanding of Local regulations including supporting document requirement
4. Familiar with Global Market NFRR
5. Have positive attitude show eagerness toward process improvement
6. Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds
7. Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
8. Comprehensive verbal and written English skills.
9. Good interpersonal and overall communication skills (written and verbal)
