A resource is needed to assist with the support the Bangkok FX Processing and FX regulatory reporting team.
Responsibilities:
∙ Products cover FX.
∙ Primary responsibility for FX Processing functions
∙ Day-to-day activities in FX back office, which includes accurate trade capture, validation, counterparty confirmation, settlements, tracking and monitoring, exception reporting and corporate actions
∙ Perform Daily AMLO report and BOT DMS reporting i.e. FTX, FXA, OLB, FXM, FXU, etc
∙ Serve as the primary contact for client communication from reconciliation to query handling and trouble shooting.
∙ Deliver daily and monthly cash reconciliation between internal systems and external parties.
∙ Day to day maintenance of proprietary client information.
∙ Ensure strong internal control and productivity standards.
∙ Ensure compliance and adherence to operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
∙ Be conversant with internal and external policy guidelines relating to products handled, promptly identify deviations and exceptions and resolve/escalate in a timely manner.
∙ Effectively interact with the front office and middle office for problem resolution and ongoing support.
∙ Effectively liaise with business partners and support groups within and outside the country as and when required, for the smooth execution of transactions.
∙ Handle queries from on-site inspectors and concurrent auditors relating to his/her area of responsibility
∙ Work with trading, middle office and technology teams to test and implement enhancements to the trading systems including the project participation from the business requirement.
Requirements:
∙ Experience within Global Markets Operations, with a focus on FX products is preferrable
∙ Strong understanding of Local Regulatory Report
∙ Good skill of Microsoft excel
∙ Self-learning and Self-motivated to learn new product and new tasks
∙ Self-driven of improvement focus in various areas i.e. Risk, Efficiency, Productivity
∙ Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
∙ Good communications skills and ability to present to an audience
∙ Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
∙ Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds
