Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing a portfolio of medium/large projects which enhance Finance systems, processes and solutions across several lines of business (LOB) in compliance with applicable Enterprise and Chief Financial Officer Group policies. Key responsibilities include working closely with the LOB, Change Management, Technology and other partners to execute the project plan. Job expectations include performing day-to-day project activities and being actively involved in the execution of project deliverables.
The Project Manager will hold a key delivery role within a project workgroup focused on environmental metrics data collection, analysis and calculation. Key stakeholders will include members from Corporate Sustainability Controller, Global Technology and Data Management teams as well as third party vendor contacts. The project activities will include detailed analysis of a manual process (including evaluation of manual data inputs), followed by the design and delivery of a target state automated process for environmental metric calculations and reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Executes project deliverables while working with various partners and user community
• Completes required documentation, business analysis, testing, and operational readiness activities within project timelines
• Identifies upstream and downstream impacts associated with project related changes and/or decisions
• Adheres to Chief Financial Officer Group's Change Management Governance and Control requirements
• Requires an understanding of Finance, Accounting, Technology and Project Management
