Job Summary:
This role is to join the Optimization team in the US within Global Collateral Operations.
The primary responsibility of the position is to provide comprehensive support of day-to-day collateral funding processes for the Americas while ensuring appropriate risk mitigation controls are followed.
In addition, the ideal candidate will support ancillary initiative work geared toward developing and implementing innovative service solutions to meet clients’ needs globally.
Developing and using the latest technology, teams work to deliver industry-leading capabilities to our clients and customers, making it easy and convenient to do business with the firm.

• Coordinate and provide updates/commentary for monthly MIS to senior management.
• Responsible for weekly breaks meeting with senior manager.
• Identify areas for improvement on client metrics or business metrics.
• Business as usual managerial support and back-up.
• Meeting with internal business partners.
Required Skills:
• A strong understanding of financial markets preferably Fixed Income and Derivative products.
• Past experience with operational processes as they relate to fixed income and derivative products.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously.
• Ability to handle high pressure situations.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Skills
• College degree or related work experience.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Organizational skills with emphasis on the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
• Track record of working in detail oriented roles.
• An understanding of financial markets documentation (ISDA CSA, GMRA, MRA, etc.).
