RESPONSIBILITIES:      

  • Design and develop complex requirements to accomplish business goals.

  • Ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.

  • Ensure solutions are well designed with maintainability\ease of integration and testing built in from the outset.

  • Possess strong proficiency in development and testing practices common to the industry and have extensive experience of using design and architectural patterns.

  • Participate in estimating work necessary to realize a story requirement through the delivery lifecycle.

  • Design Actimize in-house surveillances to meet compliance requirements.

  • Develop, test, and implement various Actimize surveillances using Actimize Visual Modeler, ActOne Designer and Oracle PLSQL.

  • Implement compliance solutions involving two different complex Surveillance Applications (SMARTS and Actimize) based on the compliance requirements.

  • Design automation of surveillances using UNIX and scheduling tools including AutoSys.

  • Utilize build and release orchestration tools including GIT, Bitbucket and Ansible.

  • Perform alert and data analysis for orders and trade data to address FINRA and regulatory enqulries.

  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:     

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems; and

  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

  • Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Designing Actimize inhouse surveillances to meet compliance requirements;

  • Developing, testing, and implementing various Actimize surveillances using Actimize Visual Modeler, ActOne Designer and Oracle PLSQL;

Jersey City, NJ pay range:

$180,000.00 - $190,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
