Location & Team Overview:

Our Zürich office is based in the centre of Zürich, where you would join our Global Payments Solutions Sales Team at Stockerstrasse - a stone’s throw from the magnificent lake of Zürich. Here you’ll find state-of-the-art newly refurbished workspaces and great meeting-room facilities for our clients and us. You would join a dynamic team of our Swiss BofA franchise, who also organizes regular social gatherings with our office community.

Role Description:

A role within our Global Payments Solutions (GPS) business area is responsible for the delivery of integrated treasury solutions to Swiss based HQ Clients, EMEA treasury centers in Switzerland and prospects. In this role you are responsible for facilitating and supporting a direct end-to-end relationship with our Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) and Treasury Sales Associates (TSAs) to manage and grow both domestically and globally within an assigned portfolio. Key responsibilities include supporting all activities from sale through implementation and coordinating the Client Management process by focusing on client acquisition and deepening existing relationships. In addition you will partner with product specialists and service partners by making recommendations and creating customized treasury solutions that meet client needs.

TSAs are also accountable for the accuracy of sales data within source systems (e.g. deal pipeline, client plans, call reports, and other sales tracking systems and reports which may be developed).

Responsibilities:

  • Review pipeline and create reports for the TSOs as needed
  • Maintain and log information around execution of the client contact strategy
  • Participate in the contract management process when required
  • Contribute to credit facility activities
  • Serve as a primary participant in pricing events
  • Research client information in preparation for receiving an RFP
  • Prepare materials to introduce new ideas, capabilities and solutions to clients and prospects
  • Proactively inform and advise clients of enhancements/improvements in capabilities
  • Leverage tools, systems and resource sites to produce appropriate data based on call type; analyse the data and share with the TSOs and TSAs
  • Ensure data integrity of sales reporting
  • Supporting TS Associates to maximize efficiency for team deliverables

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors' degree or equivalent work experience with demonstrated results
  • Demonstrable business acumen
  • Focus on customers and clients
  • Promoting a culture of compliance
  • Ability to work in a high pressure, deadline orientated environment
  • Self-motivated and independent personality
  • Ideally experience in a similar GTS/Corporate Banking position or Implementation, Client Service and or Product background
  • Ability to deal with clients and other colleagues in the bank
  • Good organisation and communication skills and comfortable with email, in-person, phone and in video conferencing settings
  • Fluency in English and German desired, French advantageous
