Job Description:
The Reporting, Data & Analytics Specialist I provides support for reporting and analysis of test results or Data Sourcing for Automation. The role may assist across business and data teams to help identify data required for testing. The role also may contribute to the identification of themes and trends at the front line unit, control function and enterprise level. May be a critical production role to timely assist with planned work for BAU tests, Conversions tests, and ETU Onboarding. This role is an individual contributor in the Test Reporting function.
Key responsibilities
The Reporting, Data & Analytics Specialist I may be responsible to:
-Assist with aggregation of test results data and report results to various business and risk partners
-Help to develop dashboards and reports in Tableau
-Research and analyze tests scripts, results and other information to help identify new risks or themes that require additional review
-Perform routine data extraction from various source databases, normalization of data and automation of processes
-Contribute to understand test results and respond to queries about data or reported information
-Help to write substantial documentation such as desktop procedures
-Support Data Quality and automation efforts
-Conduct review of test scripts and/or SQL code to identify data required to automate test sampling and execution
-Help identify data sources and establish connections for test automation.
-Work with EIT teams, Test Owners and FLU Data contacts to understand data needs and connection complexity
-Partner with with DQCEs, Application and Technology teams to identify the best source of data and establish systemic connections to enable test automation and perform UAT to confirm accuracy of connections.
