This job is responsible for enabling teams and Agile Release Trains to learn, implement, and mature Lean Agile principles and practices. Key responsibilities include providing thought leadership related to Lean Agile, educating and influencing leaders to improve the operating model and end-to-end delivery process, and empowering teams to become self managing to fulfill cross functional potential, and form an attitude of relentless improvement. Job expectations may include training and coaching teams, leading roles on agile and modern engineering practices, and mentoring Agile Coaches.
