In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

Job Description*
The Collateral Release team is the last firewall for the bank before the collaterals are released. Once the loan is fully paid off, the loan hits the collateral release queue. The team then performs the due diligence and ensures that all conditions of the paid facility have been met and collateral is properly released. The process includes verification of the paid facility, analysis of loan documents, analysis of collateral, preparing lien release documentation and performing System of Record (SOR) updates.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to carry out appropriate due diligence for each Loan
• Responsible to ensure that the tasks are completed within the given SLAs
• Meeting all the applicable KPIs for the business
• Interact with LOB partners for a quick resolution of queries
• Be a key contributor to business initiatives that require subject matter expertise
• Identify potential areas for process improvements & highlight the same to process FLM
• Provide process training to new team members to improve their performance levels if requested

Requirements:

• : Graduation (B.Com preferred); Certification if any

Experience range: 0-3 years
