In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

Job Description*
Individual performing this process, review any scanned or imaged credit agreements and check if the documentation according to loan conditions is complete or not. If it is not complete the individual refers the cases to the Credit Officer to check & track the required documents from the Agent bank or Attorney. In case of complete documentation, the individual completes the review & updates the documentation in EDR. In case of incomplete documents, the individual cites for exceptions.

Individual should be SME of the syndicated process.
 

Responsibilities

  • Team will be responsible to contact Credit Office for missing/incomplete documents.
  • Search for appropriate Credit Approval Memorandums to process the request.
  • Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reporting.
  • Liaison with credit officer & line of business for clarification
  • Prepare monthly dashboards & provide updates to line of business
  • Work allocation & queue management
  • Escalation management
  • Drive OPEX / Risk initiatives for the business and help identifying/closing projects
  • Managing MIS & reporting for the process

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate preferably B.COM/BBA
  • Certifications If Any
  • Experience of 6-8 Years

Foundational skills*

  • Good understanding of Direct, Syndicated and Part Bought Loans
  • Analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • LIQ tool knowledge
