Join our bustling Bromley office, situated in one of London’s greenest boroughs. Here you’ll find plentiful and easy commuting routes, with central London just 15 minutes away by train.

Role Description:

We are looking for a Senior Operations Analyst on the Global Liquidity team based in Bromley. You will work as part of a global team, based in Bromley & India, for the Global Payments organisation. The role gives you the opportunity to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders.  The team are responsible for setting up various Liquidity Structures on our Global Liquidity Platform and Global Banking System (GBS).

Responsibilities:

  • You will liaise with our Internal Business Partners including Servicing & Fulfilment.
  • You will Input Interest rate updates where applicable.
  • You will identify, Investigate, escalate, and manage breaks through to resolution.
  • You will manage daily reports and associated manual entries to GBS.
  • You will monitor sweeping alerts and escalate when necessary.
  • You will assist with end of day tasks.
  • You will provide support across projects and OpEx initiatives

What we are looking for:

  • You will be efficient using Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • You will have effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • An attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be required.
  • You will be able to work as part of a team both onshore and offshore.

Skills that will help:

  • Knowledge of GBS system would be advantageous.
  • Team player attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment would be advantageous.
  • Ability to prioritize, use own initiative and be flexible would be advantageous.
