The Role:
Change Management – Validates data and signs off on reports within test environments to confirm application accuracy, functionality and EDM Standards are met
Collaborate with PMO Leads to and provide updates on project timelines, deliverables and obstacles / challenging
Work primarily on the Corporate Investments Data Warehouse (CIDW). CIDW encompasses a vast number of treasury products including derivatives, debt, cash, loans, etc.
Develops and executes on Enterprise Data Management policies and standards, works across teams to ensure adherence, serves as a key point of contact for all topics related to data compliance, and manages operational elements of the (Enterprise Data Strategy Governance and Operations (EDSGO) relationship
Manages data related incidents and identifies, communicates, and resolves or escalates issues as needed. Data inquiries include questions related to data issues, availability of data, and potential sourcing alternatives to inform
Develops, manages, and executes on controls, ensuring tracking, monitoring, and resolution of any control breaches with data platform
Partners with Business and Technology functions to drive the development of business and functional requirements documents and ensures strategic upstream resolution for data related incidents
Assume ownership of current CFO Data Management controls across multiple Treasury products. Ownership will include building, delivering and monitoring daily data controls essential for Liquidity / Regulatory Reporting.
Unwind SQL and ETL layers in Oracle database to identify issues/root cause analysis, understand logic/derivations and work with internal and upstream tech partners to resolve issues in a timely fashion
Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of future Treasury data controls
Liaise between Treasury lines of business and Technology team and other Data Management analysts to communicate control status and escalate issues according to defined process
Data Control Governance - ensuring process controls, data validation activities, and measurement processes remain timely and relevant
Create and maintain required documentation and evidence to ensure adherence to EDM Standards and RDA requirements
What we look for?
Essential
Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience within a data management role
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Power Point) including advanced excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP to supplement SQL skills in data analysis exercises
Hands-on experience querying and analyzing large sets of data using SQL (data warehouse is Oracle)
Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities skills needed to perform complex data analysis
Professional communication skills with teammates and leadership within CFO Data Management
Familiarity with ETL tools (Informatica)
