Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver complex requirements to accomplish business goals.

  • Ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.

  • Code solutions, unit tests, and ensures the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust and well-tested interfaces.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

  • Define strategies and parameters for predictive models and data mining projects and ensuring data integrity and usability.

  • Utilize Java, Python, SQL, and Linux, to design and develop technology applications, including continuous integration and deployment of test-driven development tools and middleware technologies SOAPUI, REST, XML, and JSON.

  • Utilize WorkFusion, Tableau, and Seismic, to design and maintain large scale, enterprise-wide applications comprising machine intelligence to real world infrastructure business problems in banking.

  • Define strategies and parameters for predictive models and data mining projects and ensuring data integrity and usability by using Support Vector Machines (Natural Language Processing), Neural Networks, and Distributed Computing.

  • Apply financial, mathematical, and statistical knowledge of sampling, model testing, data and model drift, and model performance metrics to build, analyze, and deploy mathematical models with applications in the finance industry.

  • Conduct structured analyses to architect complex technical solutions applicable to investment, commercial, consumer banking processes.

  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Mathematics, or related; and

  • 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

  • Must include 4 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Utilizing Java, Python, SQL, and Linux to design and develop technology applications, including continuous integration and deployment of test-driven development tools and middleware technologies SOAPUI, REST, XML, and JSON;

  • Utilizing WorkFusion, Tableau, and Seismic to design and maintain large scale, enterprise-wide applications comprising machine intelligence to real world infrastructure business problems in banking;
