Process Overview:

Data Transaction Services is one of the Bank’s secure data transmission channel for all Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America to transmit data to external clients, partners, and vendors.

Job Description

Design and develop high available and scalable solutions by working with Product owners and application support partners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new or enhance Business Processes as per the client requirements.
• Perform Sterling B2B application installations or upgrades.
• Work with vendor IBM for product issues and iFixes
• Maintaining application in LLE environments
• Supporting L2 & L1 teams on critical application incidents
• Provide application release support.

Requirements:

• Hands on experience on Sterling B2B Business Process Development
• Experience in installation/upgrades of Sterling B2B/SSP CM & EA products
• Working knowledge of SFTP, FTP/S, Connect Direct (C:D) and AS2 standard protocols.
• Experience in Sterling B2B application maintenance and purge processes
• Basic knowledge of Linux
• Good to have knowledge of SSL certificates and encryption/decryption mechanisms.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Education / Certification:

B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/MCA

IBM Certified Solution Implementer - Sterling B2B Integrator

Experience:

6 to 9 years

Foundational Skills:

• Minimum 4+ years’ hands on experience on Sterling B2B Integrator
• Should have knowledge of Sterling B2B Business process development (OR) experience in Sterling B2B installations/upgrades.
• Configure and setup Sterling Secure Proxy (SSP) and External Authentication (EA)
• Knowledge of Trading partners onboarding – AS2, SFTP
• Should have a good knowledge of Application/Client Connectivity Troubleshooting Techniques

Desired Skills

• Good to have knowledge of Scripting languages – Shell, Python etc.
• Good to have knowledge of Oracle SQLs
• Knowledge on load balancers, firewalls etc.
• Knowledge on CI/CD tools – Ansible, Jenkins
