Job Description:
Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or for a complete line of business that may be regional or national in scope, often requiring associates in one or more location. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. Consults with senior management in evaluating current methods and developing strategies to implement changes and improvements. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business units functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. Generally has full management responsibility over a relatively large team and may manage one or more levels of managers.

Leads the support/administrative functions for a somewhat large department usually at a local level. Responsibilities may include budget analysis and recommendations, operations analysis, identification and resolution of work flow issues, associate training, service quality, process improvement. Resolves personnel, audit and/or budget issues by researching and analyzing unusual problems, administers bank programs and policies and provides interpretation to department. Requires an in-depth knowledge of bank policies and programs and of the departments functional operations. May direct workflow activities.

This job is responsible for driving accurate, complete, and timely delivery of Third Party related data. Key responsibilities include working with business stakeholders and technology teams to direct Enterprise Credit Third Party data management activities and ensure adherence of Third Party data transmission and data retention. Job expectations include managing execution within the enterprise Global Third Party Program, data management standards, data quality, and control practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures third party data is accurate, complete, and fit for performing data analyses through various testing procedures and data controls which help to identify business insights fit for purpose for a particular product set

  • Develops and executes on Enterprise Data Management policies and standards, works across teams to ensure adherence, serves as a key point of contact for all topics related to data compliance, and manages operational elements of the (Enterprise Data Strategy Governance and Operations (EDSGO) relationship

  • Manages third party data related incidents and identifies, communicates, and resolves or escalates issues as needed.

  • Develops, manages, and executes on controls, ensuring tracking, monitoring of Third Party related metrics.

  • Partners with Business and Technology functions to drive the development of business and functional requirements documents and ensures strategic upstream resolution for Third Party data related incidents

  • Identifies gaps in data management standards adherence and works with appropriate partners to develop plans for resolution, including recommendations so that relevant risk and compliance policies and standards are met

  • Analyzes emerging needs for data to address risk, regulatory, or business enablement priorities and appropriately plans for interim and target state solutions within data management policies

  • Monitors key performance indicators and internal controls in accordance with established thresholds, standards, and policies

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience with Third Party Governance and/or Data Management related work.

  • Ability to work across multiple teams and manage multiple priorities

  • Highly organized; able to effectively prioritize and balance multiple efforts in a fast-paced, regulatory driven environment; detail oriented

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify and summarize complex topics

  • Ability to lead and influence stakeholders across multiple levels and organizations.

  • Ability to enforce difficult policy decisions, even when uncomfortable

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

New York pay range:

$98,000 - $170,200 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible
