Position Summary:

QA Professional with at least 5 years of experience in treasury/payment/ transactions services. Ability to support parallel projects, in waterfall/agile/etc. Development methodology in fast-paced environment. Proficient with mapping and requirements analysis. Experience with testing data to support the business requirements. Metadata management and data integrity skills. Perform system and data analysis based on business need including integration testing and data quality validation. Create test plans, scripts, and artifacts for all phases of testing. Identify, document, and resolve data quality/data integrity issues. Analyze and test DDCT mappings, workflows/sessions, and other MW jobs/processes. Ensures adherence to locally defined standards.  

Responsibilities:

  • Completes administrative and non-technical tasks related to risk, security, and other compliance deliverables (e.g., access reviews, assessments, questionnaires, and procedural requirements) on time and per requirements for the application supported

  • Tracks and supports the technical security and risk activities performed by the development teams (e.g., remediation of non permitted technology or security vulnerabilities, technical recovery planning, and disaster recovery exercises)

  • Works with technology infrastructure teams to incorporate infrastructure requirements, including requests for additional storage

  • Assists with audit exams and risk assessments for applications

  • Works closely with vendors for vendor applications to ensure they meet bank requirements

  • Maintains data about the application in AppHQ and other systems of record

  • Assists with ad hoc inquiries and questions about applications

Required Qualifications:

  • QA Professional with at least 5 years of experience in treasury/payment/ transactions services.

  • 3+ years of Data/File/Database and ETL/Data warehouse testing and proficient in testing all conversions – File to file, file to Database, database to file etc.

  • Selenium; Java; Python

  • Strong knowledge (3+ years) in Tools such as Parasoft SOA/ SOAP UI/ RIT/ LISA

  • Strong knowledge (3+ years) in Technologies/Programming such as Core Java, VB Scripting, SQL, Basic Unix, Cucumber

  • Strong command over SQL. Ability to write complex queries across different systems – preferred Oracle & DB2/Netezza.

  • Shell Scripts/Regular Expressions (RegExps)/UNIX experience is a huge asset.

  • Strong experience (3+ years) in parsing & generating data/files, bank standards (SWIFT, etc.), XML and XPath

  • Good to have: Eclipse or NetBeans Project Management; Test NG; Version Management' Web Services Testing
