Responsible for translating the requirements created by functional analysts into the architecture for that solution and describing it through the set of architecture and design documents. Those documents are then used by the rest of the development team to implement the solution. The process of defining architecture by the Solutions Architect often involves selection of the most appropriate technology for the problem being solved, impact assessment as well as technical and operational feasibility. Also, responsible for developing the high-level strategy to solve business problems. Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards. May be aligned to an applications or a technology stack.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ Scrum Master experience
  • Experience leading a team in a Scrum master capacity to deliver on a variety of activities including software development, strategic planning, and policy/standards creation
  • Experience directing and managing the work of others in a delivery capacity through coordinating and tracking the progress of work activities, including developing a schedule and managing delivery against that plan
  • In-depth knowledge of JIRA for work management and Confluence for collaboration
  • Proficient in establishing Sprint and Kanban constructs to manage and track the progress of work activities

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Bank tools for adjunct work management is a major plus (Release Manager, Agile View, etc.)
