Process Overview*

The Application Production Services & Engineering (APSE) organization leads end-to-end application production services across Global Technology. By partnering with development and infrastructure teams, they deliver best-in-class application availability and resiliency for clients and teammates, while deploying best practices in engineering and operational excellence.

Employee Experience Infrastructure Production Support (EEI PS), part of the Application Production Services & Engineering (APSE) organization, manages all end user computing, productivity, real time communications and collaboration services, including platform, voice, video, mobility and user support and operations services. The team operates in more than 30 countries and is responsible for delivering end-to-end technology and operations supporting desktop platforms, mobility services, and communication and collaboration technologies worldwide.

Job Description*

The Collaboration Operations Support Analyst is responsible for the Level 3 support of Microsoft 365 Office suite of applications. This includes but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Drive for Business, Teams and SharePoint Online. This role acts as application analyst/technician and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the environment, critical client escalations and responsible for all production changes and infrastructure deployments.

Responsibilities*

  • Assist administration teams with troubleshooting network/server issues and testing of system related issues.
  • Implementing and maintaining security measures to safeguard data and applications. 
  • Educating users on best practices and new features. 
  • Regularly monitoring system performance and usage. 
  • Ensuring the organization adheres to regulatory compliance requirements.

Requirements*

  • Education*
    • Any Graduate with Windows and Server technologies, Basic Networking concepts

  • Certifications If Any
    • Preferably Microsoft 365 Fundamental, Microsoft 365 Administrator & MS Teams Administrator

  • Experience Range*
    • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Information technology, mainly on Microsoft 365 Administration domain

  • Mandatory skills*
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration.
  • Expert experience/knowledge of Office 365 ProPlus/ & Online Applications
  • Understands Microsoft MDM tools - Intune, Azure Identity and Rights Management, Enterprise Mobility Suite and ProPlus client behaviors as a result of changes.
  • Desired skills*
  • Understanding of ITIL v4, M365 Administration Certified
  • Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking.
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical business users.

Work Timings*

 06:30 AM – 3:30 PM AND 11:30 AM – 08:30 PM

Weekend Support: Yes (Rotational for any weekend Changes)
